Quickfix for i1ProfilerTray 1.8 Won’t Launch After Upgrade to Macos Mojave 10.14
I currently use X-Rite i1Display Pro for monitor color calibration. While upgrading to macOS Mojave 10.14 I also upgraded to i1Profiler 1.8.2. After rebooting I noticed that i1ProfilerTray was no longer appearing in the row of status menus in my menu bar and I had lost my color calibration profiles. Here’s a quick fix…

Official Ubuntu Developer Summit Raring Ringtail (UDS-R) Group Photo and Personal Photo Set
Those of you in the UDS-R group photo must have been quite disappointed this time around! Instead of having to climb precarious ladders, or hang out of third-story windows to get the shot, I had a nice stable balcony to stand on! Truth be told, while my cohort Brian Chidester was taping the boundaries, he was trying to convince me to shoot from the tree for sheer comedy value. No luck. Maybe next time.
Official Ubuntu Developer Summit Oneiric Ocelot (UDS-O) Group Photo and Personal Photo Set
After 8544 miles traveled, 16 days on the road, 40 GB of RAW photos, and two days of post-travel coma, I've posted the official group photos and my personal photo set from Ubuntu Developer Summit Oneiric Ocelot (UDS-O), which took place at the opulent Corinthia Hotel Budapest (formerly Grand Hotel Royal), Budapest, Hungary, EU (9th - 13th May 2011).

This metadata, however, can lead to some compromising moments if not properly sanitized or redacted before publication.
Inert Ramblings
I’ve been an on-and-off blogger since the Summer of 2003 when I started Inert Ramblings. Lately, it's been more miss than hit as work and other projects take precedent over being one of the cool kids with a trendy blog.

Although I am no longer active in the New England Subaru Impreza Club racing community, I still keep the Trunkmonkey Racing website online as a clearinghouse for privateer rally team information.

Trunkmonkey Training Headquarters
On a fateful day in January of 2000 I jokingly came up with the idea for the Trunkmonkey. Three years later, the concept had jumped into the mainstream and exploded in a viral ad campaign resulting in thousands of daily visitors to the Trunkmonkey website.
